Summer: up to 14 persons 156 € object/night, each other person 13 € bed/night. Winter: up to 14 pers. 300 € object/night, each other person 21 € bed/night. Off season: up to 14 persons 130 € object/night, each other person 11 € bed night. Off-season, weekend (Thurs - Sun or Fri - Sun) up to 14 persons 390 €/stay, each additional person 33 €/stay + always elektricity, gas and water consumption.

Equipped kitchen (gas cook top, gas stove with oven, 2x refrigerator, freezer, microwave oven, ele. kettle, coffee maker, dishwasher - since April 2023) with the bar table in the large day room with fireplace and TV, 7 bedrooms (1/2, 5/3, 1/4) - each with private bathroom (shower and toilet). At 1.floor one open hallway with stairways and seating, 2x separate toilet, washing machine - since April 2023. Heating combined (gas boiler, fireplace). Fenced property, outside solar heated swimming pool diameter 3,5 m, roofed and lighted outdoor seating, garden fireplace, garden furniture, terrace, children play area (slide, swing, sand pit), table tennis, ninepins, table football. Parking by the object, pets allowed with agreement. WiFi internet connection.

Swimming in the pool by the cottage, natural swimming pool Dolce 15 km (cascade fishpond, water tobogan, minigolf, voleyball, tennis), public tennis courts 300 m. Nearest ski lift 300 m, ski area Janske SPA 3 km (cabin cable car to Cerna hora) - ideal ski terrain, ski school, ski rental, lit ski slopes - night skiing, man-made snowing, all kind of ski services. Trips to the neighbourhood : Pieteho learning trail, Rychory, Snezka, spring of Elbe, Cerna hora, Obri Dul, Pomezni Bouda, Sovi sedlo.
